3 things:

1) in case you didn't realize, the love of my life is almost 19 months old, weighs about twenty pounds, and has the cutest grin imaginable. despite all of her "no's" i can't help but love that girl. and my mom just said to me "I love you... you are such a good auntie" and I said "yeah.. i can't help myself". when I am Mexico I think I will be in heaven. Kids just get to me. Oh lord, I want one.

2) At the golf club tonight, at the dinner, there was a guy there that I went to high school with, one of the workers. While I was out attending to Hannah he asked how I was and I could tell he thought she was mine. "she's not? well... that's your husband, right?" ... "no! no! that's my brother.. his wife is at home in Southern Oregon." whoa.

3) letting go is really hard. i knew i was sentimental, but i never thought it would feel like this.
