babysitting is a double-edged sword.
bad: after not watching tv all day, a three and a half year old starts singing the McDonald's theme, including the jingle: "Ba da da da daaa i'm lovin' it". Commercialized kids. yay.
good: 10 and 12 year old brothers teaching me poker. with their set of chips. yee haw. texas hold 'em.
The curtains have been made for mine and stephanie's room (via myself), and they are just waiting to go up. I still have not found chairs for my table. Mom and i are going yard sale-ing tomorrow.
I love this city. I always say that... i fall more in love every day.
