I had a really interesting night last night. Complete spontaneity isn't something I'm really big into, but I had a lot of fun last night. Plus we had some good discussions on how you can be completely passionate about something like art or music, and not be any good at it yet. That was nice to talk about.

I'm listening to 'wings to fly' by plankeye. It makes me really sentimental and sappy. It makes me miss my childhood. Somehow Plankeye kind of wraps up 6th-12th grade for me. I have no idea why- I never was THAT into them, it was my brother who loved them so much... maybe that's why. now, of course, i adore them. In five years they should do a reunion tour.

switchfoot concert tonight. I'm excited. It's funny how after you go to so many ("they come up here a lot"-mom), it gets to be routine (tonight makes lucky 13). A very wonderful routine, but a routine anyhow. Besides, I can't think of any other way I'd want to spend a spring break night. Switchfoot has taken all my money and I don't mind. Oh yeah- and Copeland is playing! They take all my money, too.

Nat and I drove to tacoma to see them play Labor Day weekend. Then we saw them play in November at the meowmeow and my car got towed. That was an adventure. Copeland will always be associated with towing and 220 dollar fees now.
